Yes it is a little woo.

Look — the woo is what moves the needle. It is just not what gets talked about because you cannot sell macros and willpower if people know the real answer is within them. And once you learn this? It is free. That is why nobody talks about it. But here we are.

I shared my journey in real time as I lost 120 pounds — teaching others as I went, figuring it out alongside the badasses who showed up with me. That journey led me out of Corporate America, into an RV, across the country teaching women meditation and life coaching, and eventually back to Hawaii.

Then life happened. Health stuff. Some weight came back. But because I had transformed who I was on the inside, I got back up. I never gave up. And that is the difference.
